North Northamptonshire Council has published Hanwood Park's draft Section 106 Annual Monitoring Report (3Q 2023/24), which can be downloaded from the link below.
The purpose of the report is to set out details relating to the ‘Roof Charge’ – the mechanism within the Section 106 Agreement for Hanwood Park through which the Council is able to collect, allocate and spend financial contributions towards delivery of infrastructure. The report sets out a number of projects that the Council has identified as ‘Expenditure Priorities’ for funding through the Roof Charge.
The Council is now seeking to consult with interested parties (including the Community Trust, developers, local ward members, town and parish councils) regarding the Expenditure Priorities and would like to invite any comments or representations to be submitted for consideration. The consultation period will run for 1 month from today until 5pm on Monday 20th January 2025.
Following the consultation, the Council will produce its final Annual Monitoring Report for 2023/24 , to be presented to the Hanwood Park Community Trust meeting scheduled for 18th February 2025.
