Estate Management
Centrick took over management of the Hanwood Park estate in early 2025 and has been working to raise standards across the development's managed areas ever since.
Since taking over, Centrick has completed a programme of autumn and spring planting across more than 20 beds on site, with a focus on pollinator-friendly plants and seasonal colour. Verges and open space areas have been seeded and fed, wildflower seeding has been carried out in Linear Park and along the A14 boundary, and a new dedicated ride-on mower means the on-site team can manage more of the grounds independently. Tree surgery has been completed on in the central open space and near the linear park, with dead trees removed and wood chippings recycled for use around the estate. The Linear Park tunnel has been refurbished, benches replaced and the pergola near the Linear Park restored.
Centrick runs weekly Tuesday drop-in sessions at the Hanwood Park management office, where residents can raise queries in person. Harry Stanbury, Senior Property Manager, is available every Tuesday - mornings from 10am to 12pm and afternoons from 3pm to 5pm.
Residents are encouraged to use the Centrick portal to manage service charge correspondence, report issues, view news and events, and access helpful advice.
