Community Trust
Hanwood Park Community Trust plays an important role in supporting and shaping the long-term success of the Hanwood Park neighbourhood. Established as a community-led organisation, the Trust is responsible for overseeing the management, stewardship and future care of the public spaces, open areas and shared community assets across the development.
The Trust brings together residents and key local stakeholders to help ensure that Hanwood Park continues to grow as a thriving, welcoming and well-maintained community. Its membership includes representatives from the local community alongside Kettering Town Council, Barton Seagrave Parish Council and North Northamptonshire Council, creating a collaborative approach to decision-making and community development.
Meeting on a monthly basis, the Trust provides a forum to discuss a wide range of matters affecting the neighbourhood. This includes reviewing the performance of managing agents, considering improvements to public spaces, supporting local initiatives and helping to coordinate community projects and events that encourage participation and strengthen neighbourhood connections.
A key aim of the Hanwood Park Community Trust is to ensure that the development remains an attractive, sustainable and vibrant place for both current and future residents. By working closely with local authorities, stakeholders and the wider community, the Trust helps to promote a strong sense of identity and pride within Hanwood Park.
Through ongoing engagement, stewardship and community involvement, the Trust is committed to helping Hanwood Park flourish as a place where people can live, work and enjoy a high quality of life for many years to come.
